Vostoktsement automates management jobs based on Docsvision

The Vostoktsement management company (Vladivostok), together with Nuri Softs, the partner of DocsVision company, continues to implement the project on automation of jobs for upper managers of UK "Vostoktsement" based on solutions of Docsvision.

Work of top management of the company is automated based on opportunities of "The automated workplace of the CEO" (Automated workplace State Duma) — the additional application created in DocsVision especially for solving of tasks of heads — pronouncement of resolutions, the approval of drafts of orders and orders, told CNews in the company. The automated workplace State Duma supports voice, hand-written and normal keyboard input, can independently work, out of contact with the Docsvision server.

It is expected that the solution based on the automated workplace State Duma created by specialists Nuri Softs together with the working group of UK "Vostoktsement" will allow to facilitate work of heads and to reduce time spent for document handling. To the middle of 2013 it is going to complete the work on the solution and to unroll 7 automated jobs for top management of the company.

According to DocsVision, Nuri Softs cooperates with UK "Vostoktsement" since 2007. With the help Nuri Softs at the enterprises of holding Docsvision electronic document management system automating standard tasks of office and other requirements of holding of work with documents and business processes was implemented.

Users of a system are about 300 employees of the company, more than a half of whom are territorially distributed on the enterprises of holding.
