For project-based accounting NIIES selected the program "BIT: Accounting of projects" as it has necessary functions for the cost accounting and settlement on projects. The product is built in the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 system in which account of institute is kept that allows to automate obtaining actual data and the plan-fact analysis.
Project-based accounting is kept by orders. Users had following features:
- planning and project costs accounting and to orders. On the project there can be several orders, for each order the organizations collaborators and agreements for them are specified;
- a possibility of cost reallocation on projects and orders;
- planning of a payment receipt from customers and also payments to collaborators and tracking of the actual execution of the plan;
- drawing up by request of the diagram of accomplishment and delivery of works to customers and also graphics of accomplishment and delivery of works as collaborators, tracking of the actual execution;
- information storage about projects and orders: customer, agreement, agreement stage, terms, cost, project manager, divisions, type of activity, financing source and so forth.
