Content

NPP Spectec starts an implementation project of the information management system repairs and maintenance of the equipment in BIAKSPLEN LLC, the company reported on December 25, 2012. A system will be implemented on a software platform of TRIM.

Start

Manage processes of technical operation, service and repair of the equipment in scales of the company, it is very difficult without the system coordinating all made decisions to objective data on a MRO, allowing to estimate these solutions in terms of economic effect of use of physical assets for their lifecycle. In this regard, in BIAKSPLEN LLC the start was given to an implementation project of a corporate information system of management of repairs and hardware maintenance.

As a software platform on which this project will be implemented, EAM/MRO system of TRIM is accepted. The NPP Spectec company became the contractor on system implementation.

Tasks

The created system should cover all four production sites of BIAKSPLEN LLC located in. Railway Moscow Region, Kursk, Novokuybyshevsk of the Samara Region, Balakhna Nizhny Novgorod Region. To work in a system it is going to connect more than 40 users on these platforms from technical services, workshops, supplying divisions, warehouses.

Main goal of implementation and use of a system is achievement of an optimal ratio of costs between expenses on ensuring technical readiness of the equipment in production, and the losses suffered as a result of idle times and/or owing to decline in quality of products. Achievement of this purpose will be supported by such functions of the created system as maintaining the centralized database of objects of a MRO, periodic and operational planning of works and the MRO resources, management of economic transactions within process of a MRO, documentary maintenance of operational activity in the field of repair and service, cost management on repairs and service, the analysis of indicators of reliability of the equipment, efficiency of its use, the plan / faktny cost analysis, etc.

According to integrator, for December 25, 2012 the passport and the project charter are developed and approved. In the coming 2013 specialists of NPP Spectec will begin diagnostic inspection of structural divisions of BIAKSPLEN LLC which results will become a basis for creation of the project documentation.

Project Results

On April 7, 2014 the Spectec company announced the beginning of a stage of trial operation of the automated control system for maintenance and repairs (a MRO ACS) on Biaksplen company platforms.

During 2014 a system should undertake management of all works connected with maintenance and repairs, the press service of integrator with reference to the corporate edition "Biaksplen" noted. A system will connect an asset management strategy of the company and the current perspective of repair activity with the specific action plan for a certain period.

Replication of a system

On December 7, 2015 the Spectec company announced completion of works on scaling of the automated control system for maintenance and repairs (a MRO ACS) and to audit of a system asset managements in Biaksplen LLC.

MRO ACS in operation since December, 2013. By the beginning of works on scaling in a system 42 users worked, in its structure four plants of Biaksplen LLC worked in the cities:

  • Railway Moscow Region,
  • Kursk,
  • Novokuybyshevsk of the Samara region
  • Balakhna of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

Control object in a system - processes of a MRO of the capital and ancillary technology equipment.

Works on scaling of an ACS of a MRO are performed with the participation of a project team of Biaksplen LLC. The number of users increased up to 97.

Under control of a system processes of a MRO of the objects of technical infrastructure (OTI) of four plants work. A system is implemented at the plant in the city of Tomsk, with inclusion in a guidance loop of processes of a MRO of the capital and ancillary technology equipment and OITI.

Works on creation and commissioning of the integration solution for interaction of an ACS MRO with systems "1C:ERP" and "1C" are performed. Integration with "1C:ERP" provided transfer in TRIM data on an operating time and stops of the equipment for the purpose of calculation in TRIM an indicator of overall effectiveness of use of the equipment (OEE) and coefficient of technical readiness of the equipment.

Interaction with 1C is implemented at the level of integration of planning processes and accounting of actual expenses (financial, material), supply and inventory management of a MRO. In particular, the funding plans prepared in TRIM, involvement of third-party contractors and a material supply of a MRO thanks to integration are transferred to 1C where on them priorities and financial limits are imposed. The plans processed thus return to TRIM where sequestering of works and reduction of planned costs in compliance with the set limits is executed. After execution of works and input of actual data in a MRO ACS, they are transferred to 1C.

For December 7, 2015 the scaled ACS of a MRO is put into trial operation for working off of actions of users and processes of integration of systems.

Along with the specified works experts of NPP Spectec booked audit of an asset management system of Biaksplen LLC. Provisions and requirements of the international standard ISO 55001-2014 "Asset management became criteria of audit. Management systems. Requirements" (to it there corresponds the national GOST P 55.0.02 standard).

Experts of NPP Spectec estimated compliance of documentation of an asset management system and activity of the structural divisions of the customer entering a scope of an asset management system. Using own questionnaires, organized a self-assessment of this system the customer's specialists. On the basis of collected data formulated observations, and developed the report on audit including the revealed discrepancies and recommendations about improvement.

The document of an asset management system – "A technique of assessment of the index of technical condition of the equipment" is developed.

Asset management, according to standards of the GOST P 55.0.00 series, should be performed at all stages of their lifecycle, in particular at an operational phase, maintenance and repair. A necessary element of an asset management system is the information system. Results of audit will allow the customer to define reference points of development of an asset management system, including, regarding further improvement of an ACS of a MRO.
