Bella Italy Restaurant (BIT: Cafe 8)

Specialists of BIT successfully completed the project on automation of the Moscow network of restaurants of Italian cuisine Bella Italiya. Implementing solution BITS: Cafe 8 created uniform space for work of all employee categories, increased service rate of visitors and considerably increased transparency of carrying out working activities.

"Bella Italiya" - network of restaurants of Italian cuisine. In 8 years of professional work restaurants "Bella Italy" became recognizable and popular in Moscow. Constantly growing customer base and number of deliveries in day demanded fast formation of orders and reliable accounting. Also the management Bella Italiya was interested in increase in transparency of control of a remaining balance and sales.

It was decided to implement assigned tasks using the BIT software product: Cafe. Specialists of BIT carried out works on installation of the software product and its adaptation under specifics of activity of restaurants. Also the retail store equipment was set up. In general specialists of BIT automated 5 points.

Results of implementing solution BITS: Cafes became:

• Fall forward and service qualities of guests, due to reduction of time for formation of orders;
