Specialists of BIT increased control of cash flows in LANGA-SP company, due to automation of treasury. Implementing solution "BIT: Finance" allowed to trace qualitatively income and expenses of the organization and also to make forecasts of payments for the year ahead.

Increase in number of financial transactions in the company required also operational accounting and planning which accounting could not provide. Also the company management of "LANGA-SP" wanted to reduce the number of routine work and to enter automatic planning of cash flows for the purpose of obtaining relevant monetary balance.

"We cooperate with BIT company since 2008. The staff of BIT participated in implementation at our enterprise of program 1C, at first version 8.1, and now and 8.2. Therefore when there was a question of automation of accounting of cash flow based on 1C, we selected the BIT software product. • Operational data transfer about actual receipts of money and their expenditure in the payment schedule that allows to see monetary balance online;
• Automatic planning of cash receipts on the basis of data of the actual and predicted implementation. Before implementation of BIT. Finance these transactions were performed manually. Now planning of cash flows regarding receipt is based on the basis of data of product sales that allows to manage quickly receivables and to automatically trace terms of its repayment.
• Possibility of forecasting of cash flow for any period. Earlier preparation of the long-term forecast was very labor-consuming.
