Biography

Was born in the city Polar Murmansk region of Pechengsky district.

In 2004 graduated from Public Educational Institution of Higher Professional Training Northwest State Correspondence Technical University.

In 2006 underwent occupational retraining in Northwest academy of civil service in the field of the public and municipal administration.

Career

Working career of the beginnings in joint-stock repair and mounting management of "Sevenergoremont" as the electric welder.

Then worked in DOAO "Pechengabyt" as the assembler, further - the engineer of technological department, the economist.

To housing and public utilities Municipal Unitary Enterprise came in 2003 to the economist's position, then headed economical department. During the period from 2006 to 2008 was the deputy director for economy and finance, the chief financial officer of housing and public utilities municipal unitary enterprise.

Since 2006 Pechengsky district worked in administration of the municipal entity: at first the head of department of the budget of financial management, then – the first deputy head of administration.

Since 2010 – the deputy CEO of JSC The Kola Heatsupplying Company, since July, 2010 – the advisor to director general of JSC Kola Mining and Metallurgical Company.

Pechengsky district of Murmansk region No. 418 of 6/8/2012 is appointed by the decision of Council of deputies of the municipal entity to the position of the head of administration of the municipal entity Pechengsky district.

He is married, raises two sons.
