MSDP - the platform for providing VAS content - the focused services to subscribers, with rating and a chardzhing in the mode of providing service and methods of its request, "online" regardless of transport (the SMS, MMS, WAP, GPRS, USSD, Streaming).

The Teligent Mobile Service Delivery Platform (MSDP) platform developed by Teligent company implements service functions of subscribers in networks of new generation (LTE).

Audit and compliance to standards

The full compliance to industry standards, regulations of quality, reliability and security of all functional units of the MSDP platform is confirmed to the requirements updated the certificate of conformity imposed by the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation to the equipment for LTE networks.

Audit of the platform, including qualification tests and tests, was carried out by experts of ANO TsES Infocomm company. On the basis of the conclusion of commission of experts the appropriate certificate (registration number OS-1-SPS-0504) was issued.
