Institute of plastic is the leading scientific and technological center of Russia on polymeric materials and products creating and mastering the advanced industrial technologies and new polymeric materials. Earlier at institute for accounting the software solution of the third-party developer which functionality became insufficiently recently was already used. In particular, the program did not allow to automate completely accounting and tax accounting and to receive detailed analytics. Also in it there were no planning tools and budgetings.

Based on selection the project is decided to be performed based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product. This system was the optimal choice on price relation and functionality. For system implementation it was decided to select the company integrator, being guided by the following criteria: the place in the rating of 1C, the number of successfully completed projects, the range of related services, existence of certificates of conformity to the quality standards. As a result for project implementation it was invited by "1C Architect of business" which specialists offered the convenient and flexible scheme of transfer of the enterprise on a new system.

During implementation of a new system specialists of "1C Architect of business" performed transfer of normative and help, archive and operational information from the former software product in "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8", carried out setup of a system, personnel training.

In total 50 jobs were automated. Competent work of consultants of "1C Architect of business" allowed to minimize the personnel resistance which always accompanies implementation of new technologies. All users of a new system had training on work with a system and mastered execution of the functions. The staff of institute studied acceptances and methods of identification and correction of own errors in practical work.

After project completion the following positive effects from automation are revealed:

a) much quicker and more simply began to prepare the management reporting for acceptance of tactical and strategic decisions;

b) the set-up time of accounting and tax statements decreased several times;

c) use of a single system accelerated information exchange and improved interaction between departments;

d) there was an opportunity to obtain more reliable and detailed information for the operational analysis of activity of the enterprise and management of its business processes.

Now specialists of "1C Architect of business" continue to cooperate with Institute of plastic within maintenance and further development of a system based on "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8".
