The tenth arbitration Court of Appeal (10AAC) (Interactive map of court)

GLOBUS-TELECOM (subsidiary company JSC Rostelecom) completed development and deployment of the electronic system "Interactive Map of Court" within the project on process automation of management of the Tenth arbitration Court of Appeal according to the public contract for the total amount of 2 million rubles.

With implementation of Interactive map the management of court received the modern tools allowing to exercise regardless of location of the head, control operation of the office of judicial authority, including using mobile devices, such as iPad.

The automated system contains information on key indicators of work of court, for example, statistics of telephone citizens' appeals and representatives of the organizations, the information on load of the judges supplied on budget management, staffing, the administration, etc.

Delivery of information is performed from an electronic system on the head's iPad using GPRS technologies/EDGE/3G/WiFi. On the screen of the mobile tablet device the head has an opportunity to see and assess the current situation in activity of court, problem sections in work of judges, the number of petitions for appeal, quality of judicial acts, execution of procedural terms, to check load of judges and to quickly make management decision.

In general use of mobile Interactive map will allow to obtain up-to-date information about activity of court with a possibility of its detailed analysis, to lower or redistribute a production load on the office of judicial authority and to increase service quality of citizens and representatives of the organizations.
