1C: Retail 8 for Ukraine

The 1C: Retail 8 for Ukraine program is intended for business process automation of retail outlets (shops), both independent, and entering into the distributed retail network. The program allows to automate accounting of trade inventories in warehouses of shops and the cash accounting in cash desks of shops.

Automation

• arrival of goods from the partner on warehouses of shop, including in the two-phase (order) mode;
• sales of goods and services to the partner, including in the two-phase (order) mode;
• movement of goods between shops, internal warehouses of shops, shops and warehouses of trade enterprise, including in the two-phase (order) mode;
• trade in the sets of goods created both at the time of sale of goods and with preparation of a set (transaction "complete set");
• return of goods from buyers;
• receipt, inventory and goods write-off;
• design receipt and cash payment orders directly in shops;
• movement of cash between shops, internal cash desks of shops, shops and cash desks of trade enterprise;
• execution of checks of sale, formation upon termination of change of the summary report on the cash register taking into account returned goods in change;
• work with acquiring systems, accounting of payment of goods on payment cards, accounting of agreements of acquiring and a condition of return/not return of a trade concession by the acquirer at return of goods;
• payment of goods by the credits;
• use of percentage discounts on discount cards (including accumulative discounts), discounts with separation on shops, discounts to partners, discounts for the amount of the check, discounts on action time, on goods quantity, by the form payments.

Account of trade operations in "1C: Retail 8 for Ukraine" is kept only in hryvnias.

The distributed information bases and exchange with a managing system

"1C: Retail 8 for Ukraine" supports work in the mode of the distributed information bases (DIB) with clear split of document flow on shops where information on all shops of network is consolidated in the RIB main node. Mechanisms of automatic initiation of exchange are provided.

User administration

Mechanisms of user administration of information base of remote nodes of RIB from the main node "1C: Retail 8 for Ukraine" are provided. For example, in the RIB main node the system administrator can create (to edit, appoint roles, interfaces, to reset the password) the user of information base of a remote node and also to have access to up-to-date information about settings of the users of information base made in the Configurator mode (or in the 1C: Enterprise mode) directly in the RIB nodes.

Multicorporate accounting

In the 1C: Retail 8 for Ukraine program along with multistore accounting multicorporate accounting where each warehouse (trading floor) can be carried to a certain organization is implemented. At the same time the different systems of taxation can be used: general system of taxation, simplified tax system.

Work on the order scheme

"1C: Retail 8 for Ukraine" supports order schemes of movement, implementation and goods receipt of warehouses of shop. The order scheme represents moving to the buffer list of the goods necessary to acceptance or shipment from warehouse, the actual transaction with a commodity stock remainder is made by the payment or receipt order. Means for operating control of the arrived and shipped goods in case of work on the order scheme are provided in the 1C: Retail 8 program.

Features of accounting of goods and installation of the prices

In the 1C: Retail 8 for Ukraine program for the purpose of simplification account on characteristics and series of the nomenclature is not kept. In case of need this account is offered to be kept in a managing system - in the "Trade Management for Ukraine" configuration. At the same time correct functioning of data exchange between programs is ensured.

In the 1C: Retail 8 for Ukraine program the possibility of control of installation of goods prices for each shop separately is implemented that provides compliance of the prices in information base to price labels in trading floors of shops. The opportunity for work with nomenclature price types which in case of use of a managing system can act as the recommended prices for retail is provided. These prices can be adjusted for retail sale depending on a geographical location of a retail outlet (for example, in case of presence of similar goods at lower prices in the competing organizations being in close proximity to shop). Mechanisms of creation of models of price labels and labels and their printing from any kinds of "commodity" documents are also implemented.

Analysis of a trading activity

Different reports which allow to analyze activity of shop are provided in the 1C: Retail 8 for Ukraine program: carry out the cost assessment of goods in retail prices, carry out the analysis of sales and returns of goods, to define in what time and what goods is on sale in different shops and also trading floors of one shop (statistics of checks of the CR) better. The program gives an opportunity on the basis of the analysis of sales and the current remaining balance of goods in shop to plan purchases of goods and to automatically create internal orders of goods for transfer them in a managing system ("Trade Management for Ukraine" configuration).
