The automated system of processing of addresses Sudinform allows to provide intellectual processing of telephone requests of subscribers using automatic and semi-automatic modes. This subsystem contains the tool for acceptance of management decisions. For example, it provides the head with up-to-date information about the volume of the requests which came to court and serviced, average time of their processing, frequency of requests on specific legal cases. The citizen can obtain information, having dialed the phone number of "hot line". Service of a system in the automatic mode will recognize needs of the addressed subscriber and provides necessary information. In a system the service of speech recognition which allows to accelerate considerably navigation in the menu is inititated and to expand functionality of services. Service of speech synthesis exempts the secretariat from the routine procedure of informing.
