The tenth arbitration Court of Appeal (10AAC) (Automated system of intellectual service of telephone calls (Sudinform))

Sudinform will allow to provide intellectual processing of telephone requests of subscribers using automatic and semi-automatic modes. This subsystem contains the tool for acceptance of management decisions. For example, it will provide to the head up-to-date information about the volume of the requests which came to court and serviced, average time of their processing, frequency of requests on specific legal cases.
