In January, 2013 the Intellectika company begins the project on expansion and updating of the version of the Docsvision system in the Southern interregional Territorial Department of air transport of Federal Air Transport Agency (The southern MTU VT FAVT, Rostov-on-Don).
Start
In December, 2011 in the federal agency the solution for automation of office-work based on the DocsVision 4.5 platform was successfully deployed (25 licenses — 75 jobs). In 2012 in the organization there were structural changes, Management of air navigation joined it. Despite essential organizational changes the decision to save former standards of work on the Docsvision platform was made owing to what there was a question of increase in number of the users working in a system — 75 licenses were bought in addition, thus the quantity of jobs increased to 120.
Objectives
Within a month from the moment of the beginning of the project, it is supposed to increase the number of users of a system and to carry out updating of a system to the version of Docsvision 5.
