Company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" in SK Brick-works LLC successfully completed the project on implementation. The software product allowed to automate key personnel management processes and payroll at the enterprise. It well affected work of all enterprise: decreased temporary and labor costs of personnel department, the quality of accounting and formation of documents improved, the efficiency on attraction and employee screening increased. Analytical systems capabilities allowed the management to estimate the personnel capacity of the enterprise and to develop effective strategy of human resource management.

SK Brick-works LLC is the enterprise working in the field of construction and finishing materials and which is engaged in production of a brick, tile and other construction products from the burned clay. Also the company specializes on timber and woodworking products. Number of staff of the enterprise is about 150 people.

The solution of personnel problems of the enterprise is included into competence of the accountant. To system implementation "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" in the company for personnel records used the self-written software product. Its limited functionality did not allow HR department to perform working activity up to standard. Collecting, consolidation and information analysis took a lot of time and required big labor costs. In connection with current situation the plant's management made the decision to optimize key business processes of HR department by implementation of the modern system "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8".

Project implementation was entrusted to the company "by 1C: The first BIT", the automation of manufacturing enterprises of different scale having successful experience. The task was set: create a single automated system of accounting of staff of the enterprise which would provide high flexibility, scalability and performance of work and also would be easily configured and convenient. As additional tasks were designated: increase in efficiency of personnel records, decrease temporary and labor costs.

Implementation Results

As the solution of personnel problems of the enterprise in SK Brick-works LLC is included into competence of accounting service, the workplace of the accountant was automated. 1C specialists: The first BIT set "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", consulted users on correct setup of account policy and on work in the program. Also the address qualifier was loaded, the register of data "Responsible persons of the organizations" is configured. Implementation "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" allowed to automate basic processes of management of the HR policy and settlings with personnel. It promoted decrease in labor costs, increase in efficiency of drawing up reporting documents, increase in efficiency of data exchange. The HR policy of the enterprise improved in several directions. Ample opportunities of assessment of labor resources of the organization allowed:

  • plan requirements of the organization for personnel;
  • predict creation of new jobs;
  • rationalize orkganization staff costs;
  • it is effective to distribute and use zanyakty in employee organization.
