Hope (BIT:housing and public utilities 8)

Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade branch (BIT) completed automation of LLC Nadezhda Management company using the software product "BIT:housing and public utilities 8". Now accounting in the managing director of housing stock of the company is automated based on the modern and convenient software product.

For conducting regulated accounting in UK "Hope" the programs "1C: Accounting 8", "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" are used. Operational accounting of housing stock, calculations with residents were made by means of the program written in 2006 by the invited programmer. Naturally, today the program became morally outdated, updates of functionality is not made. The solution had no potential of expanded analytics, accounting on counters, etc.

The decision on transition to the new program was made after the meeting with the specialist of BIT which having estimated business processes of the enterprise, proposed the most suitable and functional solution "BIT:HOUSING AND PUBLIC UTILITIES" which ensures effective functioning with subsystems:

Work with clients

• calculation of charges for utilities taking into account indications on individual and group counters;
• mass press account notifications;
• payment acceptance from tenants;
• automatic delivery of payments on personal accounts;
• maintaining history on personal accounts on the charges living to counters, privileges;
• the automated work of passport service

Work with suppliers Management accounting:

• accounting of housing and non-residential stock;
• report generation in different cuts.

Accounting:

• loading of information on payments for the services which are carried out through banks and payment terminals;
• representation of charges on utilities on business accounts of the enterprise.

Specialists of BIT made installation of the solution, its consolidation with the 1C: Accounting 8 configuration, initial settings, data transfer, individual training of users on blocks of the BIT:HOUSING AND PUBLIC UTILITIES program: services, regulations, rates, at home, apartments, properties of apartments. Also work was conducted according to the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program - user training on blocks the salary, the personnel, reports, charge of awards, taxes, the reporting in RPF, the regulated reporting, etc.

Cashiers are connected to the program in the terminal mode from the jobs in different parts of the city, working online. It is convenient as there is no need regularly to make loading unloading of data. Working with reports, the chief accountant and the director can watch indicators of economic activity of the enterprise, in time making management decisions.
