RPE of YaNAO across Tazovsky district (1C: Budget Institution Accounting)

The Tyumen branch "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BITS) automated conducting the regulated and personnel records in branch of a fire service of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area in Tazovsky district, having implemented the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 and 1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8 software products.

Tazovsky district is a part of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area and is the largest region of the Tyumen region. In department of group of GU "RPE of YaNAO across Tazovsky District" there are questions of defense, mobilization preparation, natural disaster response.

The project of automation of accounting in "RPE of YaNAO across Tazovsky district" was put up for sale on the website of public procurements. Based on an auction biddings were won by 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) with which the public contract on automation of budget accounting based on "1C:Enterprise 8" was signed.

In the project progress the specialist of BIT made installation of the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 and 1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8 software products in two workplaces and provided user training. Also transfer of reference books from earlier used information system was performed that allowed to accelerate the beginning of work with new programs.

By means of the implemented solutions the following sections of accounting were automated:

• accounting of financial and non-financial assets;
• accounting of calculations for income and expenses;
• accounting of settlings with suppliers, workers, advance holders;
• tax accounting;
• accounting of calculations with the budget;
• payroll taking into account a new wage system;
• registration of personnel and analysis of personnel structure;
• personnel office-work;
• the personified accounting, etc.

In plans of further cooperation "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) and "RPE of YaNAO across Tazovsky district" is assistance to the staff of branch of a fire service concerning application of programs when forming the quarter reporting.
