Petersburg Sales Company automates corporate accounting and settlings with employees

The company "1C: The first BIT" carried out works in the project of automation of accounting Petersburg Sales Company1C: Accounting 8 CORP of JSC " on the basis of solutions and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8".

Tasks

Earlier in the company the outdated system which is not satisfying requirement of the enterprise was used. There were difficulties when forming of the regulated reporting, many transactions had to be executed manually. The management made the decision on creation of a new information system on a basis "1C: Accounting 8 CORP" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8". The company "1C became the partner in implementation: The first BIT".

Project

During the project specialists of the contractor performed installation and tuning of software products according to specific requirements of the enterprise, organized operational transfer of opening balances from the previous programs. Integration of solutions with the system of Client-bank, the system of billing and the automated control system for property of the enterprise is made. Using the 1C: Accounting 8 CORP program 100 jobs of users are automated, in the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program 50 employees work.

Result

As a result of project implementation the enterprise received a convenient system which saved employees from a large number of manual work. Terms are reduced by formation of the regulated reporting. The quantity of the errors connected with a human factor decreased. In time the salary for 1200 employees of the company is calculated. In a new information system 150 specialists work.
