In Rosspirtprom modern EDMS is implemented

As a result of the held tender the management of JSC Rosspirtprom selected the innovation document management system and tasks the THESIS. EDMS provided complex workflow automation and business processes of the company.

JSC Rosspirtprom is the largest operator of the alcoholic market of Russia at the federal level which 100% of stocks belong to the state. The company is entered to the list of the systemically important organizations approved by the Government commission on increase in stability of development of the Russian economy.

Daily work with the large volume of documentation requires essential time expenditure. For the most effective optimization not only document flow, but also different business processes of the company, the management of JSC Rosspirtprom decided to implement a modern electronic document management system. The main solution specifications became: convenience of work in a system, flexibility of the solution in combination with its performance, an EDMS scaling option at the acceptable cost of completions. The choice of the solution was performed among systems, the being leaders of the Russian market of EDMS. As a result of selection the decision on system implementation of management of documents and tasks of TEZIS was made.

The THESIS will provide complex workflow automation of JSC Rosspirtprom which includes the module of approval of agreements, control of performing discipline and also automation of office.

It should be noted that system implementation of TEZIS in JSC Rosspirtprom is not the first project which is performed by the Russian developer company of HAULMONT based on holding competitive procedures.
