Office of the accountant (1C: Payroll and HR Management for Ukraine)

"The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) automated conducting personnel records and payroll of staff of Office of the Accountant company by means of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management for Ukraine 8" software product based on a modern technology platform "1C:Enterprise 8".

The Office of the Accountant company renders accounting services of the following character:

• Conducting accounting and tax accounting;
• Recovery of accounting and tax accounting;
• Consultations on accounting and tax accounting and taxation.

To automate conducting personnel document flow, settlement process of the salary and calculation of taxes on wage fund, the "1C: Payroll and HR Management for Ukraine 8" program which gave following features was selected:

1. management of financial motivation of personnel;
2. calculation of taxes and contributions from wage fund;
3. management of monetary settlings with personnel;
4. registration of personnel and analysis of personnel structure;
5. requirements planning in personnel;
6. management of competence, employee assessments;
7. effective planning of employment of personnel.

In order that the program was timely updated and always conformed to requirements of the current legislation, the agreement on the Information and Technology Maintenance (ITM) was issued.
