The IP telephony is implemented into IT structure of the Ministry of social protection of the population of the Moscow region

The LanKey company set a branch exchange, built the local computer network and organized the system of satellite television for the Ministry of social protection of the population of the Moscow region.

Start

In the fall of 2012 the Ministry of social protection of the population of the Moscow region organized open auction on equipment of central office of the ministry located in the new six-storied building in the GREENWOOD business park, the IP telephony and a local computer network. The building is located at the address: Moscow region, p/o Putilkovo, 69 km of MKAD.

Based on the held auction, the LanKey company is recognized the winner. Specialists of LanKey proposed the solution conforming to technical and economic parameters and requirements of the customer.

Solution

Within project implementation the office production automatic telephone exchange of Avaya Communication Manager which integrated in a single network of the IP telephony more than 260 subscribers with a possibility of further scaling and connection of remote subscribers and offices without replacement of the main modules of automatic telephone exchange is set and configured.

The local computer network based on Cisco switches is built. The local computer network is integrated with the IP telephony. Delivery dates and execution of works are regulated by requirements of the public contract.

Result

Object is put in operation in time and according to terms of reference on execution of works, with observance of all provisions of the public contract and requirements to the equipment and the performed works.

Upon completion of works on installation and programming of UPATS and a switching equipment, the customer repeatedly addressed the system integrator with a task to organize the system of satellite television of Tricolor TV. The contractor quickly performed delivery, installation and setup of the necessary equipment.

According to the results of the carried-out works, the building of the Ministry of social protection of the population of the Moscow region is provided with a modern IP telephony, is entered into work, network infrastructure is tested and integrated with automatic telephone exchange, the satellite television is set and configured.
