Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) - Almaty helped JSC Islamic Bank Al Hilal to optimize work of personnel department and payroll. As the instrument of optimization the "1C:Enterprise 8 Salary and Personnel management for Kazakhstan" software product was selected. System implementation gave to bank ample opportunities on management of the HR policy and allowed to increase efficiency and quality of formation of reporting documents: the quantity of errors decreased by 10%, the efficiency increased by 20%.
