Within the program of upgrade of the Pavlodar petroleum chemical plant by specialists of KRUG company the automated control system for commodity and raw parks - KRUG-2000 is put into operation, the press service of the company reported on January 17, 2013.
Result
The project is implemented on the basis of software products of NPF KRUG the SCADA KRUG-2000 and the OPC server of a telecomplex of shopping mall-301.
Main objectives
- replacement of an automated workplace of the operators-technologists who are smoothly functioning since 1994 running the software of NPF KRUG in the MS-DOS operating system
- providing personnel with necessary information, including registration of events and diagnostics of a condition of equipment for the analysis, optimization, work planning of the equipment and maintaining the technical reporting
- increase in efficiency due to reduction of required time on production control and use of advanced technologies of control and management
- reliability augmentation of operation of the equipment due to reduction of probability of wrong actions of personnel.
Within the project are executed:
- delivery of the corporate software
- development of the application software
- development of the OPC server of TK-301 telecomplex
- commissioning.
2013: completion of upgrade
On October 17, 2013 the KRUG company announced completion of works on upgrade of the automated control system for commodity and raw parks of the Pavlodar NHZ.
Project Progress
Upgrade is carried out in two steps:
- in November, 2012 KRUG company makes replacement of a system of collecting, information processing and issue of managing commands in TK-301 telemechanics complex. Within these works the OPC server of communication with a telecomplex was specially developed
- in August, 2013 the works on integration into the system of data from six-channel videographic registrars Sh9329ai and level instruments in the reservoirs UGR-1M are completed. OPC servers of contact with devices are developed, for convenience of operation the two-monitor mode of the station of the operator is organized.
