NPI "Nizhegorodzheldorproyekt" upgrades the EDMS implementations of add-on modules

The Nizhny design institute "Nizhegorodzheldorproyekt" masters annexes to the Docsvision system on which platform processes of document flow and archive are automated, the company integrator - Neolant, reported on January 17, 2013.

Start

The management set the task of expansion of functionality of already implemented workflow system, both due to separate service functions, and due to automation of separate business processes. As the consultant for sale of separate modules and integration within a system the NEOLANT company is selected.

Solution

Except a standard application of Docsvision "Deloproizvodstvo" in addition developed library of the cards "Project Document Flow" including the specialized cards "Own Project", "Standard project", "Tender", "Agreement", etc. is implemented.

The project implements a possibility of identification of documents on barcodes, including determination of structure of folders and the place of the document as a part of the project. Jobs "A design estimates complete set", Project archive are developed and configured. Also specialized jobs "A workplace of the secretary", the "Workplace of the head" having along with standard functionality, enhanced potential on the organization of a document flow are configured. A total quantity of the staff of institute working with a system — 100 people.
