The Duma of the city district of Togliatti operates EDMS

In the Duma of the city district of Togliatti since the beginning of 2013 the electronic document management system "CASE" is brought into operation. Works on implementation, setup and maintenance of an implementation project in the Duma of the city district of Togliatti are conducted by Intels LLC, the press service of the company reported on January 18, 2013.

Start

The decision on implementation of EDMS is made at the end of 2012, then 25 jobs were purchased, necessary settings and personnel training of department of office-work of the office of the Duma are carried out.

The Duma of the city of Togliatti, selecting a product, had an opportunity to study experience of use of a system by many organizations of the city and area.

Readiness

For January 18, 2013 jobs are set in all structural divisions that allowed to provide online access of specialists of City Council to documents and a possibility of joint work over them.

Tasks are solved:

• automation of registration of all document groups;
• ensuring control of execution of documents and instructions in the office of the Duma;
• scanning of documents with attachment of electronic images to registration cards.
