In the Kazan IT park agreement signature between GAU "Technopark in the field of high IT park technologies and JSC Tatenergosbyt on placement of information systems in Data center of the Kazan IT park took place.
Experience of migration of information systems of the largest autoenterprise of Russia in Data center of the IT park – JSC KAMAZ – supported the developing trend in the field of the organization of IT infrastructure of the enterprises.
JSC Tatenergosbyt became the next large enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan which decided to transfer the IT infrastructure to outsourcing. According to the agreement preparing for signing, 80% of information systems of this organization will use IT infrastructure of Data center of the IT park.
On an action the director of the IT park Nasyrov Dinar, his deputy Iskander Dinimlamov, the director of JSC Tatenergosbyt Rifnur Suleymanov and the associate director on IT Huzin Ramil will take part.
Dinar Nasyrov, director of GAU "IT park": "Today the trend – transfer of computing powers of the enterprises to outsourcing to third-party data centers around the world was outlined in Russia and. In fact, transfer of information systems of JSC KAMAZ to our Data center was the Russia's first experience in scales of large industrial enterprise – before in our country of similar nobody did. It allowed to reduce the volume of costs of the enterprise for IT infrastructure by 40% - to 57 million rubles, and it is essential to increase reliability and to increase performance of systems. In particular, on some systems of JSC KAMAZ indicators of productivity raised at 10-11 times. Successful implementation of this project drew attention of large enterprises of our region. Agreement signature with JSC Tatenergosbyt, certainly, will also serve as an example and for other enterprises of Russia. Outsourcing will allow to save means of the organization, will provide reliable data storage and optimizes work".
Ramil Huzin, the associate director on IT of JSC Tatenergosbyt: "Implementation of the electric power requires the correct and exact solution of a big circle of tasks, including using information systems and IT infrastructure. Judge: our clients is practically all households and economic entities of RT. When choosing the solution we compared different options, up to construction of own DPC and finally stopped the choice on the IT park. Indicators of reliability, flexibility and of course, costs were taken into account. Within the project we are going to save up to 25% due to failure of purchase of own servers and the software and consumption of computing resources so much how many it is necessary under a specific objective during a specific time frame"
Iskander Dinislamov, associate director of GAU "IT park": "The transaction is significant for the industry in general and once again confirms an uptrend. Today we pass to a so-called "utility" method of consumption of IT resources when computing powers, platforms, the software are used by end consumers on demand, "as service", and for this purpose it is not necessary to build separate DPC and to fill it with the expensive equipment, to write from scratch software applications, etc. Today confuses nobody that we do not build a separate water supply system or power plant for the separate enterprise, and IT resources – the infrastructure created in our republic allows clients to pass to this comfortable model allowing to optimize costs and to increase reliability of processes, critical for business already today".
