Kortjyard Marriott Kazan (1C: Payroll and HR Management 8)

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) became the partner of Marriott hotel in implementation of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program, allowing to store information on employees, to calculate the salary, to manage working schedules and personnel document flow.

"Kortjyard Marriott Kazan" is the first hotel of Marriott International network in Kazan located in the historic center of the city at walls of the Kazan Kremlin. City visitors can stop in spacious rooms of hotel, at the same time seize the opportunities for holding of conferences and enjoy a panoramic view from an open terrace on a roof of hotel.

Project implementation results

As an optimal solution for automation of work of personnel department of hotel the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program which gave following features was selected:

• Analysis of personnel structure;
• Management of employment;
• Conducting personnel office-work.

Use of the software product allows to analyze personnel structure of firm, to control personnel and on the basis of exact data to make the verified decisions after the analysis of reports, quickly prepares for questioning and employee assessment and also to simplify drawing up the obligatory reporting.
