The 1C: Accounting and Trade company created uniform information base for work of production (kitchen), accounting, administration in "the XL cafe" by means of the industry software product "BIT: Restaurant" and the retail store equipment connected on point of sale.
"the XL cafe" is in Penza. The cafe is located in large shopping center "TSUM" and works in a format of fast food in this connection has a big flow of visitors in lunch and evening. In order that the enterprise could provide high service rate, and the management of cafe had an opportunity to perform planning on the basis of exact data on sales, the decision on need of automation was made.
According to the recommendation of colleagues the management of "the XL cafe" addressed to the BIT company which is the developer of industry software products for restaurant business and providing a broad spectrum of the equipment for catering establishments.
Project Objectives
The following purposes of automation were defined:
Automate conducting production accounting according to specifics of restaurant business; To quickly obtain data on sales; Keep accounting and tax accounting according to the requirement of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of public catering; Create uniform base for work of production, accounting and administration. Taking into account wishes of the management of cafe the program "BIT was selected: Restaurant 8". On point of sale the fiscal registrar of FPrint-55K with a strongbox was connected to fiscal registrars of Glolee EC-410. Work with the dishes which are released by weight is provided with electronic desktop scales of Massa-K of MK-15.2-T21. For registration of sales and carrying out settlings with clients the software of Frontol is used. V.4.x cafe.
Implementation "BIT: Restaurant", the software of "Frontol" and connection of a retail store equipment allowed to achieve the following results:
- service rate of clients increased;
- conducting managerial and production accounting is optimized;
- the head can quickly obtain operational data on sales;
- time for preparation of the regulated reporting was reduced;
- work on key performance indicators of the enterprise is systematized.
