MOE SOSH No. 12 Penza (1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8)

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) successfully automated conducting regulated accounting and salary accrual in organization of secondary education of the city of Penza.

At SOSH MOE school No. 12 of Penza of V.V. Tarasov 68 teachers work now, 988 children for whom different circles and sections after classes wait study.

For accounting and payroll calculation at cadet school programs for budgetary institutions based on "1C: Enterprise 7.7" were used, account at school No. 12 was kept without use of software tools. To provide compliance to the made reporting to requirements of the legislation and to have an opportunity to automatically calculate salary on new regulations, both educational institutions needed modern programs for public institutions.

As optimal solutions the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 and 1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8 programs were selected.

Automation MOE SOSH allowed No. 12 of Penza of V.V. Tarasov:

• organize accounting according to the current legislation on budget accounting;
• to quickly monitor the current changes of methodology of accounting;
• reduce labor input of accounting and exclude calculating errors;
• to quickly control respect for financial discipline;
• conduct payroll with support of new wage systems of employees of federal budgetary institutions;
• keep registration of personnel and the analysis of personnel structure;
• control workforce recruiting, etc.
