Pervoye Condominium exemplary (BIT:housing and public utilities 8)

The software product "8" was implemented by BIT:housing and public utilities in the Nizhny Novgorod Pervoye obraztsovoye Condominium. Its installation allowed to provide high transparency of accounting, to increase efficiency of work of employees and to increase the accuracy of data for formation of documentation.

The First Exemplary condominium is engaged in management of an apartment house. For accounting in the company the 1C: Accounting 8 program was used. Therefore when choosing a specialized industry system the compatibility with applied "1C: Accounting 8" to provide speed of implementation and data transfer rate was one of criteria.
