HCC NO. 440 (BIT:HOUSING AND PUBLIC UTILITIES 8)

Specialists "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) implemented the project on implementation of the software product "BIT:housing and public utilities 8" in HCC No. 440. Use of the program gave the chance to minimize number of manual transactions that considerably accelerated data processing.

The HCC No. 440 works in Nizhny Novgorod. For conducting operational accounting in cooperative the program for the housing and public utilities enterprises, developed "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) was used. To get access to new opportunities, it was decided to pass the software product "BIT:housing and public utilities 8", developed based on 1C: Accounting 8.

In comparison with earlier version the program "BIT:housing and public utilities 8" allows to obtain more detailed information on residents and the HCC employs more opportunities for automation. Among functions of the software product:

• Data processing on front to accounts of tenants and owners of the premises;
• Maintaining history on personal accounts: on the charges living to counters, privileges;
• Mass press account notifications;
• Automatic delivery of payments on personal accounts, etc.

After implementation of the software product specialists "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) provided user training to use of a new solution. In further plans of cooperation of HCC No. 440 and BIT – consultation of employees of housing cooperative for comfortable mastering of the program.
