Rostransavto-NN (BIT: Forwarding)

Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) in the course of automation of Rostransavto-NN implemented the specialized software solution "BIT: Forwarding" for increase in efficiency of managers and "1C:Enterprise 8. A set of application solutions on 5 users" that allowed to create a common information space.

The Rostransavto-NN company renders logistics services and performs different types of transportations. For accounting in the company the 1C: Accounting 7.7 program, however, of its opportunities for complex automation of the main sections of accounting and automation of work of managers was used, was not enough.

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) which specialists on the basis of long-term experience of successful automation of the enterprises working in the field of transport logistics developed the program "BEAT-NOVA became the partner in automation: Forwarding" for processing in uniform base of information on all shipping requests of loads and fast execution of necessary documents.

Besides, the program allows:

• Perform order taking;
• Perform search of cars;
• Carry out printing and formation of a document package;
• Otsluzhivat all history on clients;
• Control document flow in a common information space, etc.

Specialists of BIT installed the program, provided user training and performed initial setup of the program. Taking into account requirements of the company also printed forms of documents, in particular, of invoices, acts, requests, implementation and accounts were finished.

After project implementation on automation of Rostransavto-NN company, the following results were achieved:

• Time for entering of data was reduced;
• Time for selection of the car was reduced;
• Convenient functioning with the customer base is ensured;
