Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company completed automation of Rubin Condominium using the software product "BIT:housing and public utilities 8". In a project deliverable time for accounting of housing and communal services was reduced, handwork is minimized, in general the quality and efficiency of work increased.
Before automation the staff of Rubin condominium faced difficulties with monthly settlement of charges for utilities. A large number of routine handwork raised an error probability. The main tasks which faced specialists of BIT – to create uniform base of information, to accelerate filling of settlement forms, to increase transparency of accounting and employee performance of the organization.
BIT:housing and public utilities 8" to the chairman of condominium the seminar "Topical issues of business activities of condominium" organized by BIT company helped to make the final decision on acquisition of the software product ". On an action features of accounting at the housing and public utilities enterprises and functionality of the program were in detail considered.
As the main accounting system in Rubin Condominium used the solution "1C: Accounting 8". Specialists of BIT company made installation "BIT:housing and public utilities 8", integration of the program with 1C and provided training.

- Time for formation the account notifications for printing decreased

- There was an opportunity to keep account on counters (waters, the electric power).
- There was an opportunity to hand over the regulated report from "1C: Accounting 8".
