Specialists of BIT company provided to the management of the Nizhny Novgorod Holliday LLC the convenient solution for automation of operational accounting. Quickly to make the right decisions for management of trade enterprise, the head of retail network should have an opportunity to obtain operational information about sales, as it became possible thanks to a set of a retail store equipment and the software from BIT.

Holliday is engaged in sales of goods of national consumption: clothes, footwear, leather accessories. In Nizhny Novgorod four outlets work. They rent the areas in large shopping centers.

To the appeal to BIT due to the lack of a modern information system for accounting the director had no clear picture of the events on outlet. As the program providing information storage about the range and the prices, a fast design of the goods coming to shop and fixing of product sales is used the 1C: Retail 8 program.

For automation of accounting in the company the system of barcoding was also implemented. Labels for marking of products are printed on two thermal printers. These ergonomic devices do not take a lot of place, but at the same time is ideal for small (up to 1000 - 1500 labels a day) printing amounts. Allow to scan the created labels two simple scanners in use. For printout of the checks confirming the purchase fact in shop two printers of documents for an UIIT were connected. This printer is created based on a fiscal registrar and has a recording capability and information storages in fiscal memory.

After implementation of the software product and connection of a retail store equipment the management of shop estimated the high level of automation of conducting operational accounting, execution of all necessary primary documents of a trade and inventory control and also documents of cash flow.
