The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed automation of Federal Bailiff Service across the Nizhny Novgorod Region. Implementation "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8" provided operational and correct report generation on cash receipts that allowed to avoid continuation of enforcement proceedings on collecting the penalties which are already paid earlier. Also in the organization the solution "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" was established that gave the chance in time and to precisely calculate monthly payments to employees taking into account additional coefficients (a length of service, development and other).
The Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Nizhny Novgorod Region includes 56 divisions in Nizhny Novgorod and areas. Court officers are called to give necessary support to the colleagues – court bailiffs and also to provide an order in activity of court, protection and safety of participants of legal procedure. Court bailiffs institute and conduct enforcement proceeding during which undertake all measures for execution of court's decision or other representative the law of body. Total number of personnel is about 1700 people.
Automation premises
Within a year in production of Service of court ushers there are about 760 thousand executive documents. On them only for the first half of the year 2010 3,426 million rubles debt were exacted. In comparison with 2009 last year the number of productions increased by 50%. In 2011 load of service continues to grow.
Earlier the accounting of payments on penalties was carried out using spreadsheets. On the basis of the receipts received from bank in each division entered data by the payer and KBK (penalties, alimony, etc.). After that in accounting of Head Department information on 56 divisions was consolidated manually in the general base.
If data on the payer were lost, enforcement proceeding was not closed. The additional delinquency charge was charged. To the citizen the notification with request for payment came. The payer had to be personally in service and prove the payment fact (to show the receipt) that enforcement proceeding was closed.
Also there were difficulties with payroll. In the organization the complex system of compensation is used. In addition to a salary employees get awards and long-service bonuses, developments, accomplishment of especially important instructions, etc. Big staff assumes a significant amount of routine work on payroll. As this transaction was made in spreadsheets, mistakes because of which employees could receive less the due allowances were constantly made.
Seeing urgent need in the solution of these problems, the management of service addressed to 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) - Nizhny Novgorod.
