Administration of the Kstovo municipal district of the Nizhny Novgorod Region (1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8)

Specialists "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) completed the project on automation of accounting and tax accounting in Administration of the Kstovo municipal district of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, having implemented the specialized solution for budgetary institutions – the "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" program.

The Kstovo municipal district is one of large advanced industrial territories of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. City settlements the city of Kstovo and 14 rural settlements including 119 rural localities are a part of the territory of the Kstovo municipal district.

In Administration the 1C: Payroll and personnel 7.7 program was used, however in it there were no several important reports necessary for accounting in budgetary institution. As the best solution the new configuration of the program - "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" system after which implementation the accountant of Administration paid attention to convenience of the interface and compliance to requirements of the legislation for budgetary institutions at once is selected.

The "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" program gives following features:

• payroll with support of a new wage system of employees of federal budgetary institutions;
• calculation of a monetary allowance of the military personnel and the persons equated to them;
• calculation of monetary pay of employees on the public civil service;
• calculation of the taxes and contributions on wage fund regulated by the legislation;
• reflection of the accrued payroll and taxes in expenses of organization;
• management of monetary settlings with workers, including deposition;
• registration of personnel and analysis of personnel structure;
• automation of personnel office-work;
• workforce recruiting.
