Boss of the taxi (1C:Enterprise 8. Control of motor transport for Ukraine)

Specialists of the Kiev branch of BIT company (1C: Accounting and Trade) automated conducting operational, management accounting, registration of personnel, payroll, accounting on cars in Boss of the Taxi transport company, having implemented the program "1C:Enterprise 8. Control of motor transport for Ukraine".

Configuration "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of trade enterprise for Ukraine 8" allowed to automate tasks operational, managerial, accounting and tax accounting, registration of personnel and payroll, preparation of the obligatory reporting.

Thanks to the solution "1C:Enterprise 8. Control of motor transport for Ukraine" the following functions are automated:

• The scheduling module — an order placement uvelichenaskorost on vehicles. The user-friendly graphical interface "Automated Workplace MANAGER" allows to group orders in regions of delivery, a current status and with the minimum manipulations with the keyboard and a mouse to distribute orders on available cars.
• Accounting of transportations — is implemented accounting of waybills.
• Accounting of work of drivers — allows to keep account of a worked time of drivers, to create the sheet of a time recording, to execute salary accruals according to waybills.
• Accounting of fuel and lubricants — exact maintaining an uchetapostupleniye, issue and expenses of fuels and lubricants.

Implementation of software products allowed to increase efficiency of accounting at the enterprise, to increase transparency and controllability of business processes.
