The Neotrans company carrier "imperceptibly" implements GLONASS monitoring system

The Kemerovo company "Neotrans" is carrier of workers of mines and coal mines equipped 113 buses and rotational cars with the system of GLONASS monitoring of FORT transport, the company integrator in the project Scada Pro reported on January 21, 2013.

Solution

Installation of the FORT system on buses of Neotrans began spring of 2012. The equipment purpose — security of transportations of passengers in the complicated mountain conditions. Already now use of a control system stops unauthorized actions of drivers which could allow exceeding of the high-speed mode on dangerous sections of roads earlier.

"Before equipment of buses GLONASS system the management of Neotrans was afraid that the driver's structure can react rather aggressively to installation of a system of tracking and that attempts of removal of the equipment out of operation will be made — Semyon Lapin, the director of the company Scada Pro which carried out implementation emphasized. — For this reason we executed all mounting is reserved".

Such mounting mode, according to representatives of integrator, increases labor costs of unfair personnel by sabotage and breakdown of the equipment, and the slightest external intervention becomes noticeable at once.

Result

In addition to improvement of the general labor discipline of drivers and the management, in branches fuel costs decreased and vehicle mileage decreased. On overall assessment of the enterprise, system implementation of monitoring of FORT completely pays off in the first months of its use.

Now 20 people from Osinnikovsky, Abashevsky, Kiselevsky and Leninsk-Kuznetsky motorcades — operators, accountants, managers and heads of divisions work with the software of FortMonitor which is installed on computers of staff of Neotrans. The Scada Pro company implements data transmission from transport monitoring system in accounting program 1C that considerably facilitates accounting in transport company in general.
