PNM-Energy (the 1C: Accounting 8 Set on 5 users)

BIT company – Yekaterinburg successfully completed an implementation project of the "1C: Accounting 8 Set on 5 users" software product for PNM-energy LLC.

PNM-energy LLC is specialized enterprise on sale, lease, service and repair of compressors, diesel generators, welding units, the systems of preparation of compressed air. For years of existence specialists of the company passed a way from simple operators of compressors and generators to high-class specialists in the field of lease and sale of the construction equipment. The company works with such firms as: GAZPROM, ROSNEFT, multinational corporation, and geography of deliveries is not limited to the Russian Federation.

At the time of implementing solution the customer company did not use program 1C, there were problems with submission of reports. Within project implementation by specialists of "BITS" 5 jobs for departments of accounting and sales were automated.

Within project implementation it was held demonstrations solutions and elementary education of specialists of customer company in its use.

The implemented product "1C: Accounting 8" supports the solution of all accounting tasks and thanks to the functionality allows to keep account to the enterprises of any field of activity and any tax regime. The program automates work not only accounting, but also other structural divisions of the enterprise (for example, sales department: statement of invoices for payment, delivery notes and invoices).

As a result of the carried-out work the PNM-energy LLC company received the universal system allowing to create the single database for work with clients and to solve the problems connected with creation and delivery of the regulated reporting. It allowed to reduce load of personnel and also to control payments from buyers and to analyze an accounting status of firm.
