Consulting-Varmal (1C: Payroll and HR Management 8)

Specialists of the Ekaterinburg branch "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BITS) automated work of accounting, personnel department and customer relations department of the Consulting-Varmal company located in Khanty-Mansiysk. In project implementation modern means of communication and programs of 1C came to the rescue: "1C: Accounting 8" in PROF version and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8". In total 22 jobs were automated.

"Consulting-Varmal" is engaged in support of the companies on accounting and tax accounting, and provision of services on the terms of outsourcing. For accounting in the company the solution "1C: Accounting 7.7" was used, however the management of the enterprise was interested in transition to more functional program which could support accounting maintenance of a large number of clients.

Automation results

The solutions "1C: Accounting 8" in PROF version and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" were selected. Using programs the following sections of accounting were automated:

• Accounting of trade operations and transactions with money;
• Fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
• Accounting of business activities of several organizations in uniform information base;
• Payroll calculation, taxes and contributions on wage fund;
• Management of settlings with employees, including deposition;
• Analysis of personnel structure;
• Conducting personnel office-work;
• Requirements planning in personnel;
• Data storage about training and certifications;
• Management of employment.

Implementation of programs allowed to raise the service level of clients and service quality, to expand the customer base and to increase efficiency of employees. Now customer service is conducted in the program considering features of the relevant legislation. For ensuring correct use of a new solution training of staff of the organization was provided.
