2016: Automating dealerships and suppliers

The STERN Austria brand is represented on the market Belarus by the general dealer BaumProf of LLC, whose assortment is approximately 200 units of hand electric tools, equipment and components.

One of the most extensive projects of Orange Process, all departments present in the company are automated there: service, sales, accounting, marketing.

The goal of the project is to automate the work with dealers and suppliers.

Tasks: segmentation of the customer base (we are talking about dealers), their assessment and division by segments (ABCD), allocation of special conditions depending on the achieved results, matrix for the sale of products (XYZ-analysis), billing to customers based on the availability of goods in stock, warehouse accounting, formation of forms for suppliers.

As part of procurement, you can always get information about the prices at which goods were bought in each of the purchases, even if it was the same product, profit is calculated for each product, in each purchase, calculation of the profit of sale to a specific client, taking into account his discount and taking into account the profit that is obtained on purchases.

In fact, for each account, you can calculate the real margin, taking into account the costs of buying, transport, customs, discount.

Service automation: control of applications, acceptance certificate. All this gave bread for marketing, in view of the fact that it became clear which products became the most attractive for customers, which marketing events were the most effective and the segmentation of customers by their interaction with the company.

Project stages:

  • Stage 1 - accounts, customer base;
  • Stage 2 - management of procurement departments, formation of bids and invoices, formation of procurement for suppliers, receiving feedback from suppliers;
  • Stage 3 - automation of work on circulation, feedback on appeals and feedback on them;
  • Stage 4 - automation of all payments received, all costs incurred, the general situation for the company at a given moment;

Then everything was optimized, improved depending on business growth.
