Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) in three days automated two shops of TOP Beer network and established relation of outlets with the central office Birindustriya LLC, having given to the director an opportunity to estimate a real picture of business and to analyze efficiency.

Birindustriya LLC (TOP Beer retail network) is rather young company with big perspectives of further growth. The company is engaged retail and wholesale of draft beer in kega, and also joint products. Now the network includes two shops in Sverdlovsk region, opening of the third shop is planned.

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) which specialists managed to implement and configure tools for obtaining adequate information on business performance and receiving necessary analytics on activity of the enterprise became the partner in automation.

The project was completely implemented in five days: during the first two days needs of the client were found out. During the next two days the equipment in outlets was connected, setup of data exchange with retail outlets at the central office became the final stage.

Specialists of BIT also provided elementary education of users to application of a retail store equipment and the software that the staff of the company could get to work at once. As a result of automation service rate increased several times. Information on sales amounts of products and a commodity remaining balance became available to the management in a foreground mode that allows to give adequate job evaluation of the company and separate points.
