Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated process of distribution of requests and conducting document flow according to requests and clients in ATC-7 company by means of modern industry solution "BIT: Forwarding", developed especially for cargo carriers and the transport-forwarding companies.

The young actively developing ATC-7 company is engaged in implementation of cargo transportation by means of motor transport. As soon as the company opened, search of the program which would allow to automate processes on formation and distribution of requests, maintaining operational, managerial and accounting in the single database began. The required software solution also had to simplify process of distribution of requests, formation and control of document flow according to requests and clients.

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) which choice was influenced by several factors became the partner of the enterprise: good reputation of the Ekaterinburg branch of the largest regional network among "1C: Franchisee", wide experience of implementation of programs of a line "1C:Enterprise 8" and existence in a number of the offered programs of the specialized solution "BIT: Forwarding", integrated with the 1C: Accounting 8 configuration.

Implementation of the program "BIT: Forwarding" allowed to achieve the following results:

  • process of distribution of requests became simpler;
  • time minimum is spent for distribution of requests;
  • the method of control of document flow on each client, etc. became available fast and just.
