Book world (1C: A set of application solutions on 5 users)

The lack of automation systems during the accounting and product sales in outlet can result in serious difficulties during the carrying out inventory, emergence of errors in the analysis of a commodity remaining balance, etc. Problems can arise also at management of the prices. Specialists of BIT solved all listed problems in the Ekaterinburg shop "Book World".

The TKP Knizhny mir LLC bookstore is engaged in retail sale of art and children's literature, textbooks and stationery. Originally the management of shop addressed specialists of BIT company with desire to automate accounting and tax accounting and also payroll. However the analysis of business processes of shop revealed that simple implementation of the program without support of a retail store equipment will not allow to satisfy requirements of the enterprise. Without the equipment to achieve such desirable results as simplification of work of employees and increase in accuracy of accounting was hard-hitting.

Therefore specialists of BIT not only proposed the optimal software solution – "1C: A set of application solutions on 5 users", but also picked up a necessary complex equipment. On points of sale of shop high-performance computers "BIT Choice" were installed. For issue of checks to buyers printers of documents for an UIIT with strongboxes with a fiscal registrar were connected.

Buyers can control calculations by means of a board of the buyer. Fast registration of sales is provided by application of a system of barcoding. Cashiers of shop and the merchandiser at acceptance of goods use laser hand one-plane scanners.

"1C: The set of application solutions on 5 users" integrates the programs "1C: Accounting 8", "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", "1C: Trade Management 8". Implementation of these programs in combination with connection of a retail store equipment allowed to conduct effectively accounting of a large number of nomenclature positions, to eliminate confusion with the prices, to control stock remainders and to quickly carry out inventory. After project implementation service rate of clients grew twice, the quantity of errors of accounting decreased by 70%. During automation two places of the cashier, one place of the merchandiser and two places of the accountant were automated.
