In the 2012th specialists of E-Consulting implemented several large projects, but the implementing solution Call Center XRM® Banking in Oshchadny bank of Ukraine became the most large-scale and bright. The contact center automated on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform allowed to organize trouble-free and harmoniously payment process of compensations to investors of Sberbank of the USSR. Within the project work more than 1280 call center operators in six cities, 6500 online cashiers and the 4000th offline was adjusted.

The large-scale project on creation of contact center based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM which allowed to create the organized scheme of payments of deposits to investors of problem banks "Rodov_d" and "Ukrprombank" through Oshchadny bank of Ukraine. The solution was deployed in only 5 days. Call center operators could create not clashing working schedules of 1750 operators of Oschadbank which accepted each client separately in specifically fixed time in one of 450 bank departments. It allowed to avoid numerous queues, scandals and other misunderstanding which steadily arise in similar situations.
