The Ministry of Justice of Republic of Belarus has a priority - transition to completely electronic document management

Ministry of Justice of Republic of Belarus passes to completely electronic document management using the automation system of office-work and electronic document management on a basis EDMS "Electronic DELO" which is completely adapted to specifics of local document flow and considering all regulatory requirements on record keeping in the Republic the company integrator reported "Electronic DELO" on January 23, 2013.

Preparation

The Electronic DELO system is installed in workplaces of all staff of the Ministry and was used for accounting and control of documents and instructions with simultaneous partial use of paper originals until recently. The decision on transition to paperless technology of work with documents made by the management started processes which affected each employee of the Ministry and considerably rebuilt its current activity.

Specialists of Electronic DELO company developed the training program of staff of the Ministry of work with draft documents.

Progress

From the first days 2013 work with some document groups in the Ministry of Justice is transferred completely to an electronic form: "life stages" of the document – from creation of the project, approval before consideration by the management of the Ministry and signing are automated all. Bosses became direct participants of EDMS: and his deputies also take out instructions according to the documents Minister of Justice only in electronic form.

For increase in efficiency of work with documents (projects) the Ministry bought the module "Monitoring of Offices". It is intended for the notification of users about receipt to them new documents and/or draft documents. The user can receive notifications, even without starting the Electronic DELO program.
