Areon Ukraina implements the automation equipment of management accounting

Firm "1C: The first BIT" completed the project on automation of the operational, regulated and management accounting in the Ukrainian company "Areon Ukraine".

For improvement and business development the company management implemented at the enterprise a system "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of trade enterprise for Ukraine".

The program helped to solve the following problems:

• a common information space for consolidation, storage and data analysis on the main activities of firm is created;
• speed and quality of formation of operational, managerial, accounting, tax and personnel reportings are improved;
• Personnel labor costs on execution of documentation on payroll are reduced
• Mechanisms of the analysis and planning of trade operations and costs are created.

In the project progress 1C specialists: The first BIT finished the solution "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of trade enterprise for Ukraine" under specifics and needs of the enterprise. Exchange of a system of Client-bank and 1C was configured.

For safe information storage Avtoarkhivator is set. Differentiation of access rights of users to a system allows to perform gradation of tasks depending on the level of specialists.
