The city administration of Volgograd automates procedures of planning of the state order

The BFT company completed the works on implementation of a subsystem of planning of procedures of the state (municipal) order of the ATsK-Goszakaz system in the city of Volgograd, the company reported on January 23, 2013.

Background

Implementation of a subsystem is directed to implementation of modern approaches to planning of procurement procedures according to the concept put in the Federal purchasing system and also in requirements of the joint order of 12/27/2011. Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation (No. 761) and Federal Treasury of the Russian Federation (No. 20n).

The subsystem of planning of procedures of the state (municipal) order allows to create purchase plans where customers need in purchases of products and also financing sources of these purchases is defined. Further on the basis of the specified data formation of scheduled plans of order placement is possible. By drawing up schedules there takes place control on respect for rules of law (such as homonymy of products, order placement regulation at SMP).

Result

As a result of implementation of a subsystem in Volgograd the quality of planning of the state order improved and also the transparency of its carrying out increased.
