"BIN-insurance" operates ERP on all information space of the company

During 2012 Laboratory of Insurance LLC KIAS implemented three implementation project and start in commercial operation of the full-scale version of a corporate information system ": Insurance": the KIAS platform is implemented in the Russian insurance companies "BIN-Strakhovaniye" and "Evrosib" and also in the company working at the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kommesk-Omir.

All projects were implemented in very short time (within 3-4 months) by the combined teams of developers and insurers.

2013. Project Completion

The company contractor completed implementation of ERP, the press service of integrator reported on February 27, 2013.

Details

Implementation project of KIAS: Insurance began on November 13, 2012 and by February 27, 2013 it is formally completed by signing of acts of acceptance of works by the parties.

Actually, transition to KIAS as the main insurance accounting system of the company is begun already on January 10, 2013 - implementation of the accounting system of ERP of the corporate level is complete, in all divisions of the company and on all lines of business, in terms, record for the Russian insurance market, – less than two calendar months.

Implementation of KIAS in JSC BIN Insurance was performed by the partner of a LAN – LS-Pro LLC.

The implementation project of KIAS in JSC BIN Insurance included not only works on setup and customization of a system, but also work on transfer in it historical data from several accounting systems taken out of service and integration of KIAS with the corporate accounting accounting system of the company.

In the course of implementation of KIAS the implementation team with active participation of key profile experts of the company configures key business processes of JSC BIN Insurance, including support of primary sales and prolongations of agreements, calculations for a commission fee with intermediaries are automated, business settlement processes of losses on the basis of the KIAS accounting model are configured and also all business processes necessary for implementation of insurance operations on all obligatory types are configured.
