Biography

Was born in the city of Omsk. After the termination of high school No. 58 entered in 1991 the Siberian automobile and road institute (SIBADI) on faculty "Road Machines".

From 1996 to 1999 studied in a day postgraduate study, since 1999 taught descriptive geometry and engineering graphics.

Achievements

In 1999 defended the dissertation for a degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences on the subject "Development of Model of Functioning of Scrapers". Working on the doctoral dissertation, in parallel got second higher education in "Industrial and civil engineering" at Construction institute of SIBADI, management — the Russian and international business" in Public Educational Institution of Higher Professional Training Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation according to the presidential program of management training studied in ".

In 2006 defended the dissertation for a degree of the Doctor of Economics on a subject "The investment potential of the construction organization: theory, methodology, efficiency of use".

In 2009 participated in elections of the rector of SIBADI, collected about 20% of votes, having conceded only to the acting rector of academy Victor SALNIKOV.

In 2010 headed "Organization and Technology of Construction" department.

In June, 2011 took part in elections to a position of the rector again and got the maximum number of votes.

Since July 7, 2011 it is appointed to the position of the rector of FSBEI of a Higher Professional Education "SIBADI" by the order of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.

As of January 24, 2013 holds a position of the rector of FSBEI of a Higher Professional Education "SIBADI".
