Omnikomm Auto equips with satellite control systems of Omnicomm vehicle fleet the scrap processing Severstal-Vtorchermet companies, the company reported on January 24, 2013.

The first implementations of monitoring systems in vehicle fleet of the organization customer began in 2011. For two years Omnicomm navigation systems equipped 50% of different types of the transport equipment belonging to Severstal-Vtorchermet company. Timely receiving reliable and exact data by the management of the enterprise about operation of office vehicles and the complete information about fuel consumption became a result of the carried-out works.

Sergey Imeryakov, the production manager Severstal-Vtorchermet, noted: "At the moment a half of our vehicle fleet is under continuous control of the systems of satellite navigation of Omnicomm. We receive positive results from joint work about Omnikomm Auto every day. The management of Severstal-Vtorchermet LLC achieved that it planned on initial stage of development of our cooperation – expense reductions for the maintenance of the park of the transport equipment. In 2013 we intend to continue productive business relations with this company".

By data Omnikomm Auto today in the park of Severstal-Vtorchermet LLC the Omnicomm systems control trucks of the domestic KAMAZ and MAZ brands, the German MAN truck tractors and also special equipment of other foreign producers - FUCHS and Liebherr.
